Gather

Want to join or start a TOB Community (TOBC)?

We make it easy.

Our Communities

In each city listed, we gather once a month to build a community of like-minded people. We are primarily Catholic parents who wish to educate our children on the gift and purpose of personhood and reclaim our God-given right as primary educators of our children, especially when it comes to human sexuality.

We are much more than a book club, although we follow the content and format of a bimonthly book for consistency sake. During our monthly gathering time, we also host lively organic discussions on topics-of-the-day, share meals, and generally gather to support and inspire one another.

At your gatherings...

  • Provide some simple hospitality (wine, coffee, snacks)
  • Set out any TOB Monthly magazines that you own for your guests to view
  • Read this scripted greeting (encouraged but not required):

“Good (evening/morning) and thank you for attending your local TOB Community gathering where we meet with like-minded parents to build community, and reclaim our God-given right as primary educators of our children. It is the hope and prayer of the TOB Parent School, our parent organization, to educate and empower Catholic parents on the purpose and gift of personhood and human sexuality. Together, with TOBPS, we share the following vision: 1. All Gods creation is a gift; from conception to natural death 2. People are ordered differently from + above animals 3. Males + females each have full dignity, with different + complimentary bodies 4. Our body + soul are unified; the body reveals the person 5. Our human nature is inherently good, and though fallen, can be redeemed + is made for Heaven 6. We need to see the true person (self and others) as a revered gift 7. Freely offering yourself in service makes a sincere and mutual gift-of-self 8. We are all called to live love in marriage or consecrated life.
